System Requirements
Internet Academy is a choice school. Parents are responsible for providing their scholar access to a computer and internet for learning.
Good news: if your computer was built within the last few years, it should work just fine. The most important thing is the web browser— we recommend using Chrome. Make sure it's current, able to update new releases automatically, and has popups, cookies, and JavaScript enabled.
Most technical issues are solved by updating the browser and checking those three settings.
You can check those settings on your computer right now by clicking the link below for the iReady Systems Checker. It will scan your device settings and give you a pass or fail for each area.
Be aware that tablets and mobile phones may not work with some applications. For this reason, they're not approved as primary learning devices.

USB Headset
Needed for World Language classes.
Zoom Features on Chromebook
Zoom annotation features are not available on a Chromebook. This feature may be used to support an Individualized Education Program (IEP). Contact us if you wonder whether a Chromebook is right for you.
